Timothy D. Bartell brings extensive experience to workers’ compensation cases, with a unique background as a former defense attorney. This gives him the ability to objectively analyze complex issues in workers’ compensation, leading to exceptional outcomes for his clients. With over a decade of legal expertise, Tim has achieved significant litigation successes, including winning doctor depositions and trials, and securing multiple 100% awards for injured workers.

Before establishing his own firm, Tim became a partner at Berry, Smith & Bartell, PLC, and later served as president/CEO for the remainder of his time with the firm.

Born in Montana and raised in Fresno, Tim earned his undergraduate degree from UCSC and his law degree from San Joaquin College of Law in Clovis, California. He also graduated as valedictorian of his high school class.

When not advocating for his clients, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his passion for golf.
